Through a comprehensive range of subjects, Unity College aims to prepare our Senior School students for a variety of tertiary and vocational pathways.
Year 10 is the first year of Senior School at Unity College and the curriculum consists of two 'types' of subjects: Core Compulsory and Elective. The Personal Learning Plan (PLP) - a compulsory 10 credit SACE subject - is also completed in Year 10.
Year 11 is also referred to as Stage 1 SACE. Unity offers a broad range of elective subjects to complement the compulsory SACE requirements. Vocational Education and Training (VET) pathways are also available at Stage 1. Stage 2 Research Project (a compulsory Stage 2, 10 credit subject) is also completed in Year 11.
Year 12 is the final year of study and is also referred to as Stage 2 SACE. By achieving the SACE, students are quipped to access opportunities in areas of employment and further education and training. Students also work towards gaining an ATAR and university admission.
