Unity College encourages a partnership between parents and the College. Families are encouraged to participate in the life of the community through:
- Serving on various committees (Uniform, Finance)
- Helping in the school canteen
- Assisting at or attending major events (Food Festival, Year Level Dinners)
- Assisting with BBQs and other fundraising activities
- Assisting with activities such as the Sports Day
- Helping in the Library
- Supporting the College's sporting program
- Helping with Pedal Prix
- Assisting in Performing Arts area for Musicals and Music Concerts.
